The Arthur R. Marshall Foundation's Tenth Annual Anniversary Luncheon will be held at the Beach Club at 755 North County Road in Palm Beach. The event will feature a presentation by Eco Artist Betsy Damon, Director of the international non-profit organization Keepers of the Waters, and a give-away of an all-electric ZENN car. Luncheon Chairwoman will be Judy Schrafft, Master of Ceremonies will be Curt Fonger. Tickets are $125.
