BAM members and other young professionals and art enthusiasts celebrated the holiday season at the BAM White Ball, co-partnered with Boca Raton Magazine, for an evening of fine dining, fine wine, cocktails, and festive entertainment. BAM’s third annual holiday affair and its most elegant soiree of the year was held on Saturday, December 9 at the Boca Raton Museum of Art.
The guests were enthralled by the famed Marilyn Monroe exhibition which opened that week. Marilyn Monroe impersonator Camille Terry was a surprise guest as she arrived amid a flurry of photographers and fans rushed to greet her. She sang a number of Marilyn songs and mingled with guests throughout the evening.
The white dress/black tie-optional ball featured dinner by the bite by Café Luna Rosa, whose Chef Ernesto served Tortellini ala Vodka; and Cucina Rosano which served an array of tasty bites. A full bar was provided courtesy of AMC Liaisons and Finlandia Vodka, Jack Daniels, Appleton Estates Jamaican Rum, and Chambord. Whole Foods provided wine and champagne.
Guests were greeted with a red carpet entry and on-camera interviews, courtesy of the Lynn University Department of Communications and Denise Belafonte of Lynn. Guests dancing the night away in the sculpture garden to live music and DJ dance music provided by Jazz and Company Entertainment.
